MGL501 People, Culture and Leadership
Leadership is people-centric and culture-specific. Leaders must know the staff they have and the people they serve and the cultural nuances that drive much of their behaviour to deal effectively with often complex and dynamically changing environments. The aim of the unit is for students to develop the knowledge, skills and reflective practices needed to understand people and culture and their impact in dynamic contexts requiring strategic leadership and ethical governance.
