Jason Hartley is lecturer in criminology at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. He is a former police officer with 23 years of experience, and has trained personnel for deployment in Timor Leste, the Solomon Islands, Iraq and Afghanistan. Jason specializes in, and has published on engagement with Muslim communities, Indigenous Polynesian approaches to rehabilitation and reducing recidivism, and Asian Organised Crime. Jason also completed a community internship in Hebron on the West Bank.

Mr Tristan Brown has 30 years’ experience across public, private, and indigenous sectors in executive advisory and assurance practice. Tristan has a comprehensive understanding of better practice management frameworks both at a policy and procedural level and is highly competent in providing advice, augmenting, and maintaining financial systems and operational processes.
With qualifications in finance, accounting and a deep knowledge about professional business, Tristan is skilled in packaging solutions and implementing procedures designed to achieve reporting or specific objectives. His understanding of standards and legislative requirements when delivering services for government programs ensures work practices and standards are properly embedded in management procedures and governance frameworks.
Tristan currently sits on the Governing Board of the Global Leadership Institute, where he also chairs the Finance Management Committee.
